Returns
You may request a return within 7–14 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
To start a return, please email company@freelancerscoach.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll send you the return shipping details.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us at company@freelancerscoach.com
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, such as:
Opened screen protectors, camera lens protectors, or hygiene-related accessories
Clearance or sale items
Gift cards or digital downloads
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or video of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
