Return & Refund Policy

 

At Freelancers Coach, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your gadget or accessory, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 7–14 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • To start a return, please email company@freelancerscoach.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, we’ll send you the return shipping details.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us at company@freelancerscoach.com

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, such as:

  • Opened screen protectors, camera lens protectors, or hygiene-related accessories

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards or digital downloads

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or video of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
